  • Practitioner Experience: Led design and research for the design system, workflows and tooling in Brightside’s in-house Electronic Health Record (EHR) for therapists and psychiatrists to deliver high-quality, tech-enabled care.
  • Designed AI-powered transcription through UX design / research / prompt engineering, and enhanced and structured case note with real-time validations — reducing therapist documentation time by 27.8% improving case note quality across 93,000+ hours of care in the first month, as well as improving reimbursement rates.
  • Designed/optimized various internal EHR processes, including task management and appointment management workflows to enable clinician autonomy, efficiency, booking flexibility, and care quality.
  • Transformed clinical documentation by combining structured, encounter-level note-taking with AI-powered transcription — easing clinician burden, improving data quality, and supporting accurate, compliant billing, and reimbursement outcomes.
  • Refined Clinician Decision Support (CDS) tooling to empower clinicians with actionable, real-time guidance, to help clinicians make faster, evidence-based choices and improve quality of care.
  • Streamlined the case consultation workflow between clinicians and leadership, reducing extraneous communication channels and cutting review time by 58% for therapists and 31% for psychiatrists.

  • Developed and owned governance of the EHR design system, while maintaining the brand identity from the main brand ecosystem,
  • Conversion Optimization: Identified entry-point optimization opportunities through usability testing and behavioral analysis for the member intake funnel efficiency.

  • Developed a branching process for the EHR team that improved design to engineer handoof, consistency across deliverables, and a source of truth.

  • Created motion UI and animation prototypes to guide the development team in implementing interactive, intuitive user experiences.
